Emma Crissman’s private pay fee begins at $165 per session.
Insurance
All of our providers are in-network with Optum, Oscar and United Health Care Group insurance plans.
We are considered “out of network” providers for all other insurance companies. If you have a PPO plan, we can provide you with an invoice called a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance to inquire what your reimbursement is for an out of network provider.
